1.Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the user") and AxomLipi Pro ("we", "us"). They govern your download, installation and use of the AxomLipi Pro software and the www.axomlipipro.com website. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2.License to use

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AxomLipi Pro for its intended purpose. Specific scope (number of users and PCs) depends on the edition you purchase, as described in the License Agreement.

3.Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the app's features. After the trial expires, continued use requires a paid Pro or Enterprise license. The trial is provided "as is" for testing purposes and may have time-limited functionality.

License scope is enforced by activation. Using the app beyond the number of users/PCs covered by your edition is a breach of these Terms.

5.Payment & pricing

Prices for Pro and Enterprise licenses are shown on our website and may include promotional discounts. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time; the price you paid at purchase is the price that applies to that purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. A Pro/Enterprise license is a one-time purchase unless explicitly described as a subscription.

6.Refund policy

Because a free 14-day trial lets you fully evaluate the app before buying, paid licenses are generally non-refundable once a license key has been issued and activated. If you experience a technical problem that prevents the app from working and we are unable to resolve it, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case in good faith.

7.Acceptable use

You agree to use AxomLipi Pro only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You are responsible for the content you create with the app.

8.Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease or redistribute the app or your license key;
• Share a single-PC license across more devices or users than your edition allows;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
• Bypass, remove or tamper with licensing, activation or anti-piracy mechanisms;
• Use the app to create or distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful material;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices, including the app logo and branding.

9.Intellectual property

AxomLipi Pro, including its software, name, logo, icons, website content and design, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The logo and brand assets on this website may not be copied or reused without written permission. The app bundles certain open-source components under their own licenses, as listed in the License Agreement.

10.Updates & availability

We may release updates, improvements and bug fixes from time to time. We may also modify or discontinue features. We aim to keep the app and website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

11.Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, that recognition (voice/OCR) or conversion output will be perfectly accurate, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

12.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months before the claim.

13.Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, including any misuse of licensing or restrictions above. On termination you must stop using and remove the app. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers and liability survive termination.

14.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India, for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app.
